1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and br456bet. By accessing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that:

2 Eligibility

3 Registration & Account

Registration at br456bet is free and requires the following information:

• Full name (as shown on your ID);
• Valid CPF;
• Date of birth;
• Active email address;
• Access password created by the user.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Sharing your username and password with third parties is prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. 4 Deposits Pix available

The br456bet accepts the following deposit methods:

• Users may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in a refund or account block.
• The br456bet does not charge fees on deposits, but the user's bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made by mistake or for an amount greater than intended must be reported to support immediately. br456bet does not guarantee refunds on deposits after the funds have been used in bets or games.
• Br456bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that show signs of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

5 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal at br456bet, the user must:

• Have completed the identity verification process (KYC) — photo ID and proof of address;
• Use the same payment method as the original deposit whenever possible;
• Respect the minimum withdrawal amount of R$ 20.00;
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method:

• Pix: Approved in seconds, available in your bank account within minutes — including outside business hours and on weekends;
• TED (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others): Processing within 1 business day;
• Credit card: Up to 5 business days, depending on the carrier;

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The br456bet offers regular promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit (up to R$ 500.00). The general terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions on the platform are:

• Each bonus is subject to specific terms (minimum deposit amount, rollover, validity period, eligible games) available on the promotion page and in the Welcome Bonus;
• Bonuses are credited automatically where applicable, or upon request through support as indicated in the promotion;
• The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount received, to be completed within 30 days;
• For Sports Betting, only bets with a minimum odd of 1.50 per selection count toward the rollover;
• Slots and crash games contribute 100% toward the rollover; table games have a reduced contribution rate as specified in each promotion's terms;
• Only one account per CPF is eligible for the welcome bonus;

7 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at the br456bet cover more than 40 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and major international leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, volleyball, and e-sports.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the br456bet system. Pending bets do not generate any entitlements;
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply. br456bet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirmation;
• Live betting: Live betting may be temporarily suspended during critical moments (goals, injuries, VAR reviews). Suspension is automatic and does not constitute cancellation;
• Cash Out: Available on selected markets, the Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. br456bet may suspend Cash Out during periods of market instability;
• Cancelled or postponed events: Bets on cancelled events are fully refunded to the user's balance. Events postponed by up to 24 hours remain valid; postponements exceeding 24 hours result in a refund;
• Bet results: Results are determined based on official competition sources. br456bet is not responsible for incorrect information found on third-party sources;
• Accumulator bets: Each selection in an accumulator is treated independently. Any voided selection is removed from the accumulator and the payout is recalculated using the remaining selections.

8 Casino & Games

The casino at the br456bet includes slots, crash games, table games, Live Casino, and other games provided by certified partners such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Ezugi.

• Game results: All software game results are determined by random number generators (RNG) certified by independent bodies. Live Casino results are determined by human dealers in professional studios;
• Technical issues: If a technical failure occurs during a gaming session, any affected bets may be voided and the amounts refunded. br456bet does not guarantee payment of winnings generated during confirmed technical outages;

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the br456bet and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as cancellation of all balances and bonuses:

• Creating more than one account or registering using another person's details;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name;
• Using automated techniques, software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting;

• Placing combined bets across different accounts with the intent of guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome (abusive arbitrage);

• Any attempt at money laundering, financing of illicit activities, or use of the platform for purposes contrary to Brazilian law;
• Abuse, harassment, or intimidating behavior directed at br456bet support staff, live dealers, or other users in the table chat.

The br456bet cooperates with the relevant Brazilian authorities and may report suspicious activity when required by law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

The br456bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• User's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure);
• A court or administrative order requiring the account to be blocked;
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with the inactive accounts policy.

If the account is closed at the user's request with no terms violation, the available deposit balance will be refunded after a compliance review. Any unmet bonus balance will be forfeited. Refunds are processed within up to 5 business days via Pix or TED.
